The Crespenou
Aquatic hiking in the heart of Garrigue. This canyon completely in the Garrigue is accessible in spring, at the beginning of summer and in autumn. Especially when we are not in a period of drought. The Crespénou is a great river coming from the Vidourie, offering wonderful canyons based in the triangle Sauve, Durfort, St-Hippolyte-du-Fort in the gardoise scrubland. This wild and beautiful descent goes through the limestone massif. Little jumps and slides are on appointment in the craved pots by the water and time. Great for introducing an half day in family.
We could see unique ruins of Oppidum de Mus, surrounded by little cliffs wooded by green oaks, fig trees, pistachio trees.
